Joe Oldham is a member of the firm whose practice focuses on litigation, real estate law, estate planning, probate and domestic relations law, insurance defense and collections.
A member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Joe has served as Vice-Chair of the Akron Bar Association’s Community Relations Committee, Chairman of the Young Lawyers Committee and Chairman of the Solo & Small Firm Practitioners Section. Joe is a part-time Magistrate with the Akron and Stow Municipal Courts.
Joe received his bachelor’s degree in sociology from Miami University in 1992 and his law degree from The University of Akron School of Law in 1995. Admitted to practice in the State of Ohio in 1995, Joe is also admitted in the United States District Court – Northern District of Ohio.
